Update Patient Weight

Double click Rover's appointment to open his "Clinical Record" (Medical Note in Cornerstone).

Updating a patient's weight can either be performed by the receptionist or the tech/doctor team.

(Blue) Add Weight

• Selecting the "+" symbol next to "Health Status" will display a new pop-up window. This is where Rover's weight can be added.

(Yellow) Save Weight

• Clicking this option will update Rover's weight and close the pop-up window

(Pink) Save Weight and Go to "History"

• Choosing this option will update Rover's weight then immediate display the pop-up window to record patient history.
