Master Problems= These are the equivalent to the "Medication Conditions" Patient Prompt in Cornerstone
In EzyVet, we will be using Mast Problems to track medical conditions, log-term medications, allergies and vaccine reactions, and prescription diets
This can be updated here, in the Clinical Record, or from the patient's chart
Health Status= This is where a patient's weight is recorded
History= Used for the medical note history (includes templates)
Physical Exam= Used for the PE section of a medical note (includes templates)
Assessment= Used for the Assessment(s)
