Recheck= For recording recheck recommendations
Medication= This is where you will add all medications you wish to prescribe (except parasite prevention)
EzyVet treats injections as medications. Injection charges will be added in the section called "Treatment/Procedures". Once the charge has been added, the injection will automatically populate here
Once a dental/surgery patient is discharged from Smartflow, any medication added to Smartflow will populate here
Treatment/Procedure= This is the most important section of the medical note! All charges (aside from medications) will be added here. This section is used to both describe procedures and to trigger invoice items. This section relies templates.
This section acts as the "Patient Visit List" from Cornerstone
This section ALSO acts as the "Plan" section of a medical note in cornerstone
Parasite prevention is the only medication which is added here (via a parasite prevention template)
Diagnostic Request= Once a lab test has been added to the "Treatment/Procedure" section, the request will populate here.
This section will be used to print lab forms
Diagnostic Results= Once the results have been generated from a lab test (either in-house or exported), it would populate here.
Non-Idexx lab results will be attached in this section
Any communication related to a lab test will also be added to this section (more details in section __)
Vaccination= Once you've added vaccine charges to the "Treatment/Procedure" section, the vaccine details will populate here
In Clinic Notes= These notes will always be visible to check-out receptionist. We will be using this to communicate between a vet team and the receptionists.
For example, a patient is ready for checkout but pharmacy is still filling the pet's meds. You can add a note here that says "Please pickup meds in pharmacy at checkout"
