Clients/Contacts

Preparation

This is the Contact page (previously the "Client Account" in Cornerstone. This is where you'll find client details, prompts, and financial information.


(Yellow) Contact Buttons

  •  These are buttons for tasks/actions available related directly to the client.

  • For now, we will only use

    • “save”

    • “send email”

    • “new appointment”

    • “new"

    • patient”

    • “print label”

  • Please note that all these functions are accessible in other areas of ezyVet as well.


(Green) Contact Search

  • From here, you can search for existing contacts by their name, contact number, phone number, address, or email. Searches can be filtered by active and/or inactive contacts.


(Blue) Contact Details

  • This is where more detailed information on clients will be displayed. This includes:

    • Contact type: business or individual

    • Other Details: AKA client prompts-important information about the client, including scheduling requirements, records release authorization, etc.

    • Personal Details: names on the account

    • Contact Information: phone numbers and emails

    • Physical Address

    • Tags: If the client has a discount (will appear under “discount group” box)

    • General Information: MAPS information (DOB, license #), pet insurance information.


Related Records


  • All patients under the selected contact will be listed here. This will include active, inactive, and deceased patients. 

  • You can double click on the patient to bring up their information in a “patient” tab.  All of the patients' clinical records and estimates can also be viewed here. 

  • Hitting the “+” icon next to “Patients” allows you to add a new patient.
