These are color coded to help you identify which section they belong to
If you right click a tab in this section, you will see several options:
"Refresh" - refresh just this single tab
"Close Others" - all other subtabs will be closed
"Copy Link"
(Green) Additional Sections

User - Logout and lockout
(Blue) Task Panel/Support
Task Panel - This is an optional section of EzyVet. We may explore this more in the future
Support - Use this to submit an EzyVet question or issue. If and EzyVet tech needs to remote into the computer, you can select the "Remote Access" option to allow remote access
Calendar

This is the appointment scheduler. A few things to note when viewing the calendar:
If a doctor's schedule is completely gray, they are unavailable that day. Doctors who are working may have gray blocks in their schedule for their lunch/break, or to reserve an appointment time for a specific appointment type (urgent care, sick, wellness).Â
White spots are open appointment spots. Double clicking a white spot under a doctor will pull up the option to schedule an appointment.
(Yellow) Date Selection
Option to select the day you wish to view
(Green) Doctor/Calendar Resource
Option to select which doctors/rows you want visible when viewing the schedule. This gives you the option to have only the doctors that are working on a given day appear.Â
(Blue) Settings
Changing the time interval allows you to "zoom in" or "zoom out" of the schedule
Smaller time intervals= zoom in
Larger time intervals = zoom out
