
Preparation
The Hospital tab is where you can find the “status” of all patients currently in the hospital. For reception, this will primarily be used by the check-out receptionists to see when a patient is ready to be checked out.
(Yellow) Filter and Sort
This is where you can filter the patients by status. The checkout receptionist should apply the filter so only “Room__ Ready for Checkout” appointment statuses appear. The appointments will be listed by most recently modified at the top and last modified at the bottom; appointments at the bottom of the list will have been ready for check out the longest and should be checked out first.
(Blue) In Clinic Notes
Click the “in clinic notes” to see if there is a note that should be viewed about the appointment before going to check the client out. This may include information about scheduling a follow up visit, medications in the pharmacy, etc.
Please disregard the "Hospital Notes". This is where Smartflow attachments will live
To proceed with checking out an appointment, double click the appointment to open its details.
IMPORTANT NOTE
This tab MUST be manually refreshed to see appointments status change. It will NOT automatically refresh when an appointment status changes. Refresh the tab by right clicking the “Dashboard” tab.
