
Discharge sheets can be added one of two ways:
(Blue) Add Discharge Summary
Select the green "+" symbol next to the section labeled "Discharge Summary" to immediately open a new tab and begin a discharge form
You will immediately be asked to select a template
(Green) Create Document
Alternatively, you can select "Create Document" at the top of the screen anywhere on a patient's record
Begin typing or click the magnifying glass to select a template
Select "Edit" to begin your document

(Pink) Hit Tab to Edit
As always, you will simply hit "tab" to quickly move through questions related to the discharge document.
This will autofill your document with procedure specific blurbs
In this example, we'll select items related to Rover's extraction so the owner knows what to expect
(Yellow) Medications Autofill
All medications prescribed during the visit will automatically generate in the discharge sheet!
This only applies to prescribed medications; it will not be affected by injectable medications
If needed, you can modify this table manually
(Blue) Save and Print
Once you're finished, click "Save" to save your document.
New options will generate at the top of the page which allow you to print your discharge sheet as shown below:
